Second Chances Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non profit.  We provide “Helping Hands” to people with animals in need, so that they can remain together in their homes, provide education and tools to lessen the chance of surrender, help reduce economic euthanasia of senior animals in need of life saving surgery and help with spay and neuter programs.
