How did your pet come into your life?

Nick was on a mission to find a cat that wouldn’t send our kids into asthma attacks and found that Siberian cats were better for that. He had to talk me into it, but it was the best decision we ever made! She’s ten now, was the runt of her litter, and grew up being mauled by our kids who shower her with boundless love.

What does a perfect day for your pet look like?

A weekend morning outside in her mesh tent watching the birds. She’s picky though. If it’s too windy, rainy, etc, she will decide, "not today." And a day filled with snuggles, sunbeams, and endless brushings.

What makes your pet weird or unique?

She growls at strangers like a dog, then runs and hides. And she’s a big talker, will have long conversations with us and has bright blue eyes and fur that never stops!
